Product questions, compatibility questions, press and partnership enquiries all reach the same small team. If you are asking whether it will fit your shower, tell us what your shower arm looks like and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Messages are handled by Shopify and sent to our store notification address. Use the Data and privacy topic for access or deletion requests.

Usually within a few working days. We are a small team building a product, not a support desk.
Not yet. There is no production unit to send. Beta installations will be offered to founding-list members first, and we will announce that on the list before anywhere else.
