Waitlist Terms

These terms apply to the VANNR founding list, operated by Bizlution AB, Kalvhagen 7, 427 50 Billdal, Sweden, company registration number 559264-7050, trading as VANNR.

What the founding list is

The VANNR founding list is a way to register interest in VANNR ONE, a product that is currently in development. Joining the list is free. It is not an order, not a pre-order, and not a reservation. No payment is taken and no payment details are collected.

What it is not

Joining the list does not create a contract of sale, does not guarantee that VANNR ONE will be manufactured, does not reserve stock, and does not entitle you to any specific price. The expected launch price shown on this site is an expectation for a product in development and may change.

What we will do

We will send you product-development updates, testing results, opportunities to give input on product decisions, and launch information. We intend to offer founding-list members first access and founding launch pricing when VANNR ONE becomes available, on terms we will publish at that time.

What we may do

We may decide not to proceed with VANNR ONE. If that happens we will tell founding-list members and explain why. We may change the product specification, finish, price or launch timing as development continues.

Leaving the list

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, at any time, using the link in that email. You can also ask us to delete your details entirely using the contact form.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the founding list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
