Who we are

This site is operated by Bizlution AB, Kalvhagen 7, 427 50 Billdal, Sweden, company registration number 559264-7050. We trade as VANNR. Bizlution AB is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect and why

Founding waitlist. When you join the founding list we collect your email address, the country you select, and any optional answers you give (such as your primary reason for interest or your view on the expected price). We use this to send you product-development and launch emails, and to understand who is interested in VANNR ONE and why.

Water report. If you complete the optional second step, we also collect your postal code, housing type, shower type, primary reason for interest, the product quality that matters most to you, and your preferred finish. These answers are used to make product decisions. We do not ask for, and do not want, any health information.

Technical data. Our website and analytics tools collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, device category, referring source and campaign parameters. We do not place your email address or any other directly identifying information into analytics events.

Legal basis

We send marketing email on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you join the list. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We process optional research answers on the basis of your consent, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, subject to your cookie choices.

Who processes your data

Shopify Inc. hosts this store and stores customer and form data on our behalf. Where we enable analytics or advertising tools, those providers will also process technical data according to your consent choices. A current list of processors is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep founding-list entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, until 24 months after your last interaction with us, or until we decide not to proceed with VANNR ONE — whichever comes first. Research answers are kept on the same basis.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To make any other request, contact us using the contact form and select the data or privacy topic, or write to us at the postal address above. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your request you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Sweden this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the EEA. Transfers to Canada, where Shopify Inc. is established, rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for Canadian commercial organisations. Any other transfer outside the EEA is made under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
